Dalia Barhoum joined ARIJ in 2022 as senior project officer for ARIJ’s innovation projects. She has been part of the humanitarian sector, working with INGOs across the MENA region, on many projects with a variety of objectives and tangible results . She has also been part of developing Social and Behavioral Change Communication (SBCC) projects, that study human decision-making, designing impact-driven communications campaigns, tailoring behavioral change solutions to specific challenges and contexts. In part of the projects and campaigns, she worked on developing and implementing employment, community engagement, gender inequality, women empowerment, and anti-bullying.
