Online News Association “ONA” encourages female journalists to apply for their digital journalism program. The program is part of the association’s Women’s Leadership Accelerator.

The program begins with an intensive week of mentoring, discussion and learning from some of the top minds in digital media. They will also receive support and coaching from ONA throughout the year.
