Amman–  Arab Reporters for Investigative Journalism (ARIJ) announces a tender offer for hotels to host ARIJ’s annual gathering. This year’s forum will occur at the Dead Sea and celebrates the organization’s twelfth anniversary. ARIJ is the first organization to support investigative journalism in the Arab world. Therefore, this is an important and special occasion for us.

The guests will include around 400 journalists from the Arab world, as well as, international journalists, professors and instructors of investigative journalism.

For hotels at the Dead Sea wishing to submit an offer; kindly email info@arij.net and the necessary information and specifications for the forum will be sent out. Should you have any queries regarding the specification kindly send an email to us using the same email address mentioned. The bidding process will begin on Tuesday 18 th September 2018 and lasts until Wednesday 26th September 2018. The chosen hotel will receive a reply from us by the first week of October 2018.

Conditions are as follows:

1. Dates of forum will be November 30th 2018 – December 2rd , 2018.
2. Workshops will be held before and after the forum with a maximum capacity of 20 participants per workshop.
3. The price must be quoted in Jordanian Dinars and includes taxes and service fees.
4. The Rate offered to ARIJ will extend to ARIJ Partners hosting activities before, after and during the forum.
5. Offers must be available 60 days from date of the bid.
6. Offers must be presented in two sealed envelopes.
   a. The first envelop should include the technical offer.
   b. The second envelope should include monetary offer.

1. No offers will be accepted after the mentioned deadline.
2. ARIJ reserves the right to reject any offer without explanation.

4. ARIJ is not bound to the lowest price; other elements are taken into consideration.
