The church believes in imposing the law and its sovereignty 

 So if there is a customary session, it should replace the law and its sovereignty 

The session can be used to calm down conflicting parties and create closeness 

But not replace the law

So decisions like deportations should be a decision of the state, 

Not something decided by any individual, whoever they are
