Portfolio Manager

Zeina Hamouri is the Project Portfolio Manager at ARIJ. She directs the management and execution of ARIJ’s programs and projects, overseeing budget management, and procurement processes. Zeina is involved in the development, implementation, and automation of organizational policies and procedures. She also contributes to ARIJ’s change management efforts, with a focus on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging and Peer Support programs. She serves as a member of the ARIJ Forum, Procurement, and Crisis Committees, and is part of the Change Agents team. Her expertise includes strategic planning, organizational development, and human resources development, which she built through previous roles. Zeina holds a Bachelor in Modern Languages, and a graduate of the Swedish Institute Leadership Programme.
