Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Programs/Projects Junior Officer with 2 to 3 years of experience in logistics and a background in business administration. The ideal candidate should have excellent English language skills and be able to work well in a team-oriented environment. The Programs/Projects Junior Officer will be responsible for supporting the programs and projects within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development of project plans, budgets, timelines, and milestones under the guidance of senior team members
• Coordinate logistics for program/project events and activities
• Monitor project progress and report on status updates
• Assist with the preparation and delivery of progress reports and presentations
• Participate in project evaluation and identify opportunities for improvement under the guidance of senior team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved
• Maintain accurate project documentation and files under the guidance of senior team members
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or a related field
• 2 to 3 years of experience in logistics or project management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
