Senior Researcher

Eman Alqaisi is ARIJ’s Senior Researcher and Head of the ARIJ Data Desk. She joined the organization in 2018 as an investigative researcher and trainer, bringing over nine years of experience across the MENA region. Eman has contributed to numerous regional and international investigative research projects. Her work focuses on investigative journalism, human rights, and anti-corruption. She plays a key role in supporting cross-border journalism through advanced research and data analysis on corruption, financial crimes, and human rights issues. Her training expertise includes research tools, methodologies for evidence-based investigations and safer reporting, and documentation practices.
She holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy and Human Rights, as well as a Master’s degree in Human Rights and Human Development.
