In 2017, we were registered as a social enterprise in Denmark under the name Fonden ARIJ International. This registration, as a non-profit organization, allows us to operate with a status equivalent to a U.S. public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC). This designation underscores our commitment to serving the public interest through rigorous investigative journalism.
