Farmers Loans Scammed by dubious Bank Employees in Egypt

The investigation documents the bank’s manipulation of farmers’ bank bonds and the disbursement of loans that did not meet the legal requirements in order to profit. The only action taken by the faltering Egyptian oversight authorities was to ask those victims of fraud to repay the rigged loans.
