Sugar Chokes Kom Ombo

Fumes from the Egyptian Sugar and Integrated Industries Company, affiliated with the Ministry of Supply, has polluted Kom Ombo, and increased carbon monoxide emissions beyond the permissible limits. Meanwhile, an increased number of Kom Ombo residents are suffered from chronic chest and respiratory diseases.
