This investigation tracks down the path of the Capitana Overseas Limited company. It was sanctioned by the EU in 2011 because it is owned by the son of the former Libyan President Saadi Gaddafi. The investigation reveals that the company, located in the British Virgin Islands, was removed from the Brittish BVI company‘s register only one year after being sanctioned. Capitana Overseas Limited Company has then appeared in London managing a company with the same name. The investigation reveals the identity of the person who established this company and tells the story of how he has been filing several cases, asking for Capitana to be removed from the EU and UK sanctions list.
