The investigation documented the suffering of Yemeni doctors on scholarships in Jordan who haven’t received their financial dues for more than two years.

Around one hundred doctors were sent to study in Jordan according to a protocol signed between the Jordanian Ministry of Health and the Yemeni Ministry of Health to obtain the Arab board and medical specialization in Jordanian government hospitals. Most of the doctors have been living at their own expense and haven’t received their financial due for two years. The hardships they face force many of them to return to Yemen, while others have no way out.
