Kawther Shabani joined ARIJ in 2022 as a Project Manager for the “I Will Not Stay Silent” Project. She is a dynamic communication expert and behavior change campaigner who has worked previously with the UK Cabinet Office, the International Rescue Committee, and UN Women on campaigns, information management, PR, and media functions. In addition to other private sector companies. In her role with UN Women, she oversaw the launch of the “The Gender Equity Model” project, and established a model for gender equity in the workplace. Kawther holds an MBA from GJU and a Bachelor’s degree in English for Specific Purposes from JUST University.
