We believe that investigative journalism, anchored by rigorous fact-checking and in-depth research, is the cornerstone of transparency, accountability, and a healthy democracy.

Before You Submit Your Pitch

Please note the following requirements for your submission:

• Substance Over Generality: ARIJ does not support proposals that are vague or based on broad generalities.
• Originality: We do not support projects that are simply a collection of previously published research or reports; your pitch must demonstrate original inquiry, new findings, and clear potential for public impact.

The Selection Process

1. Confirmation: You will receive an automatic email confirming that we have received your submission.
2. Review: Our Executive Committee will review your proposal.
3. Timeline: You can expect a response regarding the preliminary acceptance or rejection of your proposal within three weeks.
