“Red Sea, Black Beaches” by Eman Mounir Wins an Award

Following its publication on August 27, 2020 and on January 20, 2021, “Red Sea, Black Beaches” investigation by Eman Mounir was announced the winner of the Writing Magazine Digital Journalism Award under the New Media Writing Prize (NMWP). This investigation was also nominated on April 14 for the One World Media Awards 2021 under the Environmental impact Award category, and along with 3 other ARIJ investigations to be the finalists in the Arabic Investigations category under the True Story International Award.
