The “Eternal Hostages” investigation, published on March 9, prompted public prosecutions to form a committee to review the prisoners’ cases from the investigation, and release over 1600 prisoners from the central prison in the Ibb Governorate. Furthermore, the Supreme Judicial Council agreed to file a disciplinary case against two judges and refer them to the Accountability Council, based on the facts attributed to them by the Judicial Inspection Authority.
