Job Summary:
We are looking to hire a Front End Developer with 2 to 3 years of experience. The role involves executing all front-end development tasks, utilising appropriate software programming tools and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participating in executing front end development for all investigation reports and any other productions.
- Participating in creating mockups and prototypes.
- Collaborating with the designer for the website, investigative reports and any other design or material.
- Developing coding for all components of front end and user interface and experience.
- Any jobs/requirements needed for editorial content connected to website/front end development.
- Analyse and resolve reported errors and warnings.
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance visibility.
- Develop and maintain interactive data visualisations using Chart.js and D3. Maintain and update WordPress themes and plugins.
- Write clean, reusable code for custom functionalities in addition to Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in CIS.
- 2 to 3 years of experience.
- Excellent in programming languages.
- Excellent in both Arabic and English
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP
