Request for Quotation – ARIJ 2024 Forum Event Management & Production

Arab Reporters for Investigative Journalism (ARIJ) invites Event Management companies in Jordan to submit a quotation for provision of event management for ARIJ 17th Annual Forum. Interested companies must follow the steps below:

1. Expression of Interest:
   • Interested companies must email procurement@arij.net to express their intent in which further details on the requirements will be provided via email.  
   • Deadline: August 15, 2024
2. Quotation Submission
   • Quotations must be signed and submitted in PDF format to procurement@arij.net.
   • Final Deadline: August 29th, 2024, 16:00 (Amman Time, +3 GMT) 

Quotations received after the deadline will not be evaluated.

Background

For the 17th consecutive year, ARIJ will host its hybrid annual Forum, welcoming over 500 participants including speakers, trainers, representatives from partner organisations, investigative journalists, and staff. Virtual participation will also be accommodated for. 

Specifications and Requirements

The selected event management company must possess all necessary equipment, and have a proficient team of experienced professionals capable of meeting the demands of the ARIJ Forum. The submitted quotation should adhere to the following general requirements:

Furthermore, the management company will be responsible for designing and executing the ARIJ24 Exhibition. The exhibition will feature curated narratives, innovative graphic design, and immersive displays. Detailed requirements list and general exhibition guidelines will be provided upon request.
