Arab Researchers for Managing Forums and Training (ARIJ) invites travel agencies in Jordan  to submit a quotation for provision of travel logistics services for the organisation throughout the year and for its 16th annual Forum.

Quotations must  be submitted to procurement@arij.net.

Background

For the 16th year in a row, ARIJ is hosting its hybrid annual Forum for 500 participants: speakers, trainers, representatives of partner organisations, investigative journalists, fact-checkers and attendees participating virtually from December 01 – 03, 2023.

Specifications

• A dedicated agent/s to work with ARIJ throughout the year with quick and professional responses  
• 24/7 availability during the duration of the Forum and its preparations (Nov 25 – Dec 06, 2023) 
• Provide all necessary logistical support to ARIJ guests (flight reservation, meet and assist, transportation from/to Queen Alia Airport)  
• Fluency in Arabic and English is a must
• Providing three prices for each ticket request; one airline or more
  
  

Credit / Financial terms

For review purposes, 15% of the invoice value will be paid after a maximum of 30 days from the date of receiving the final invoices.

Cancellation

The general cancellation policy for tickets must be clearly outlined in the submitted quotation. ARIJ is entitled to a full refund of any money paid in advance for offered services that cannot be provided because of official lockdowns, pandemics, and/or other unprecedented crises.
