The Rory Peck Trust along with ARIJ are bringing back the Freelance Safety Clinics to the ARIJ Forum 2022.

The Freelance Safety Clinics are an opportunity for freelance journalists to receive free, expert, one-to-one advice on safety, risk assessment, digital security, trauma management, legal awareness. The clinics will run from 30 – to 45 minutes on Friday December 2, Saturday December 3 and Sunday December 4, from 9am to 12 noon and from 3pm to 5pm Amman time (GMT+3) (dates/times slot for each colleague to be allocated and confirmed once selected).

4 advisors and specialists from around the region will be available to provide individual guidance on safety issues on four elements of safety – physical, digital, psychosocial and legal.
