The Rory Peck Trus and ARIJ are bringing back the popular Freelance Safety Clinics to the ARIJ Forum 2024.

The Freelance Safety Clinics are an opportunity for freelance journalists to receive free, expert, one-to-one advice on safety, risk assessment, digital security, trauma management, and legal awareness. The clinics will run on Friday, December 2nd, Saturday, December 3 and Sunday, December 4th, from 9 am to 5 pm Amman time (GMT+2) (times to be allocated and confirmed once selected). Each clinic is 45 minutes long.

Four advisors and specialists from around the region will be available to provide individual guidance on safety issues involving four safety elements: physical, digital, psychosocial, and legal.
