Seeking Young Writers on Jordan-German Relations

Amman– The Konrad Adenauer Stiftung office is organizing a Journalists’ Academy that will bring together seven German and seven Jordanian young journalists  (28 years or younger) for a week from Oct. 8-15 to do research on a variety of topics related to German-Jordanian relations.

 They may look at subjects such as the German Army in Jordan; Jordan at the center of the refugee crisis; German-Jordanian science relations; trade between the two countries; “Youth and radicalization” or other topics they select. Their work will appear as multimedia content in German and Arabic media. The working language of the seminar will be English. 

Young journalists interested in applying have until Sept 12. If you would like to be involved, you must apply with an email to imke.haase@kas.de.

You should explain why are your motivated to take part in the academy and indicate what topic you would be interested in studying.
